MY OPINION:

I'm thoughtless with the second book. No, I'm just kidding. What I can say about the book the second of Iron fey series? waaaah! It's tearing me apart. I hate those moment when you lose everything. Especially your love ones. And what the heck. Your power is curse. You're a truly useless for your new adventure. That's the fate of Meghan on the book the second and I'm sad for her. The book two is captivating and I'm sucked in. Again and again. I lost myself again. Go on, go on, go on and ignore the worst to come. Oh, don't lose hope. Puck is on the spotlight again and he is ready to pampered her. He's the best bestfriend ever. Oh, limme say. A lover too. Wahahaha! Now, the Iron fey is increasing thier powers! I'm worried for the original faeries. They're fool (esp. Queen Mab) in believing there's a betrayal upon the turn over of scepter of the season. Then, the worst is...I was terrified on the bloodlust. There's a lot of intense happening on this book which I hardly to forget especially the last pages. If you believe in fearies, you must read it too.

MY OPINION:

An inspirational story. I'm very thankful to God because He gave me a time to read this . I'm happy because Shannon Hale is the best. She's behind of this book. I like her. I admire her.

The story is based on historical event. The name of the characters is unique. Well, I made up my mind to use that names for my future siblings. Oh, let's proceed. These review is too short and this is my feelings:

I felt the sympathy for every characters. The storyline is poetic and lyrical. It's breath taking. It got me anxious. I feel the pain. I feel the longing. I can't forgot their song(am I correct) they used it as a message to each other. And the mountains, how wonderful is that! I can't believe that empathy is real. The story is very real! Yes, it's real. I'm not joking. I keep smirking here. I can't believe it's true. These story is heart warming. That's all.

I recommend this book to all lover of young adult fiction. If you want to get inspired, try reading this.

MY OPINION:

First of all, I'm totally loved Claire for being strong-willed and she inspires me for being dedicated to her studies despite of all circumtances. She's young and fresh to be a college student. Bullying is up in the story. Monica is really a bitch, fondly to kick the butt of everyone especially Claire. Until, Claire made up her mind to leave the dormitory and found the Glass house. Now, her life changed forever. She's at risk upon learning that there's a vampire walking in the Morganville. Geez, I can't breath. I'm really afraid for her.

I love the story. I fall in love with Shane, a cocky guy and protector of Claire. Also, I meet Eve and Micheal. These story is awesome. It had an intense characters. The storyline is great. No violent reaction anymore.

My Opinion: A troublemaker that seek an attention to everybody and an innocent that have a life filled with secrets. That's Percy Jackson on the first few parts of the book. This boy is amazing,fantastic and incredible. Although,I pronounce the name of Percy as Precy for the first time I open the book and I thought Percy is a girl. I'm stupid. No offense to Percy. Oh gods. Let me continue, first installment of Rick Riordan book series is beautifully crafted. I bow to the master of Myths and Mystery.

Because of this book, I learn Greek myth's people and easily memorize them all. I wonder why? Yes,I admit I felt boring and lame listening to this kind of topic on my high school years but when I read this book as if my mind,body and soul is automatically awakes my interest and became exasperated to read this. It amuses me. It fascinates me. I like the way Rick Riordan tell the information about the mythology. The words are clear and easy to understand. It takes me to North America even if I'm in the Philippines because the story is in love to do adventure and travel on all around the country. I meet medusa. I  experience running away to escape the monsters. I went to the underworld, creepy but cool! I meet the 12 deities. I experience playing the flag catching game with Greek armor. I'm having hang-out with a satyr and other demi-gods. I've been resented being a sibling of one of the big three.  Then, it also had a thrill and mystery. The prophecy. The reason why I keep on turning pages to seek the answer. Eventually, I did it. I complete the mystery. I like Percy for being brave, humorous, innocent, and determined.

MY THOUGHTS

You know what? I'm insane! Why? I fall in love with these book. The Iron Fey series! I was capture by Robin Goodfellow. He is my crush and I want to be his bride. No more objection! Puck is only mine!

This is a story of Meghan Chase,sixteen years old, school girl. Soon, she found out that she was a daughter of a summer fey, not simple be'coz it was a king of Faeries! She doesn't want to be a fey. She entered the Nevernever to retrieve her brother Ethan. She didn't wish to stay in the fairy world but her fate forces her. You must found out! I'm tired explaining the plot. Okay, I was writing this review to share my feeling not critizing the book. So, you must expect that my reactions are positive! I easily adored books with fascinating cover and story line. That's my kryptonite. I love fairytales, obviously. The story is colorful, enjoyable and fantastic.

I can't forget this following characters:

Grim, the concieted cat. He always invisible in times of trouble. I hate him for being selfish.

Queen Titania, a mean bitch!

Ethan, a cute little brother of Meghan. He believe in fairies. I want to hug him.

Prince Ash, a cold winter prince. I want him to end up with Meghan. They're meant to each other.

Puck, my dear! I love him!

Do you know, the characters of Iron fey is from the Midsummer night dream except for Meghan and Ethan. I like the way Ms. Kagawa twisting her story. Still, it had an originality. She form new ideas from the classic book and added new information about irons. Huhuhu, she's amazing.

MY THOUGHTS

The story is like  Princess  Dairies of Meg Cabot and Cinderella of Grimm brothers MASH UP! It is a heart warming. I feel like I'm Samantha and suddenly I become royal and a love one of a real-life prince. Go envy me! Haha! I dreaming that one day, my love story is like a fairytale that have a happily ever after. Just kidding. Kill me now. No, no, spare me. Let me, continue this review. By the why, I'm having trouble today. My english is running out. I'm scared, it banishes swiftly.

I chose to read this after I finish reading the Selection of Keira Cass, it serves as reliever of my thirsting soul. However, it's not a dissappiontment to me. I enjoy the story. It's beautiful and such a delightful to my heart. It's inspires me. It's awakes my interest. I admired Prince Alex. He's hot. I wanting to be Samantha, she's lucky. Oh, so wonderful. I'm really happy. Warning, the story contains a mild erotic. Nichole Chase is now my favorite. I love her. I love her so much. Thank you for writing this book. You make me smile. Oh, the story is a cliff hanger. I just knew that it's a series. I must wait for the next books, don't worry I'm patient. I recommend this to everyone who believe in happy endings. A new adult fiction that complete my day.

MY OPINION

These book was recommended by my friend in wattpad. She told me that I must read it too but I'm not in the mood. I read a first few pages, forcing to woke my reading stamina. Eventually, I bawled out. I hate myself because I rebuke this story.  Kane Chronicles is extremely mystifying and enjoyable. I'm became euphoric. My empty brain is filled with information about Egyptian mythology. I'm starting to love Bast, the cat goddess. Besides, I found myself trapped with the youthful and handsome god of death. Ta-dah, I can't get over with him. I'm referring to Anubis but he’s only having little appearance on the first book. The first installment, The Red Pyramid is funny. It's narrated by Sadie and Carter. The content is well polished and fast-paced. It's a lot of surprises. It captures my excitement and I'm absolutely satisfied. Geez, I'm too much praises. 

The best part of the story is battling with Seth. Sadie and Carter are different. They are powerful and mature enough although they’re just been discovering their power as a magician. There are a lot of actions and very hilarious encounters. And I can't wait to meet the other gods. Rick Riordan deserves to be a master of myth and mystery. He always made me go with the flow of his stories. That's why, I definitely loved him.

I recommend this book to everyone, young and adult (Young-adult, ha-ha!). This book is very informative. You could gain a lot of lesson from Egyptian mythology. It’s entertaining and enjoyable. Go, buy this book now. Read it and be ecstatic as me.

Review: Bitterblue by Kristin Cashore

MY OPINION

 A ten years old queen is now eighteen years old. Bitterblue is the third book of Graceling and the real sequel. This is a story of Bitterblue, a daughter of King Leck of Monsea, whom to have a graceling of manipulating someone's brain. I love Bitterblue, especially her struggles on uncovering the lies of her father. It's a very long story which gives me a week to finish it. Not a problem. It makes me smile because some of the characters from the first book are returning, especially Katsa and Prince Po. I love these couple. An applause for Kristin Cashore, she's totally genius by justifying her characters. Lastly, I love the alphabets. She used it to make codes for the secret messages. It's called cipher (I’m not familiar with that). Moreover, I'm sad for Bitterblue to her little romantic involvement with her leading man. About the writing of the stories, it's clear and intriguing. But I’m still confused about the crown. Did Queen Bitterblue get it back? I really don’t know. I wished Kristin Cashore write wonderful books again. I recommend this to the people who like mystery, especially the teens and teen at heart.

MY OPINION

This is it! Here comes the second book of the Selection. Now, I'm overwhelmed because I could continue to squeeze my heart and feel the electric shock in my bones while my pulse occupied my whole body. I'm reacted as if I'm going to read a horror and suspense book. For your information, It's only a continuation of America's fairytale do come true that she didn't mean to. But she was involved in that controversial game to marrying a prince. She didn't intend to fall in love with Prince Maxon but as the story progresses, her feelings is getting deep like the feelings of the prince for her. Yes, no doubt. I was assured to saw the ray of sunshine that the prince will chose her.

But Keira Cass betray me, she filled the story with more conflict to comply the third book. However, this story is engrossing and a page turner. My psyche fill with mixed emotion like insecurity, jealousy, envy, annoyed, perplexed and dejected. Keep calm and read Keira Cass' books, you know, It's enjoyable and worth wasting my time reading it.

MY OPINION

Actually, I’m not in the mood to read this. I tried reading the first pages but I stopped it. After a month, I read it again because I learn that my friends on Facebook had been reading it. Well, I rummage my pdf file and convert it so I can read it on my phone. Suddenly, I became ecstatic. I’m suffering madness because of this book. I’ve been fallen in love with the characters. As I read it, the story is going too fast. It’s a dystopian futuristic book set in United States of America. Government is monarchy and the people are leveled from rich to poor. They called it, “caste” and leveling it from one to eight.

For me, it’s like a fairy tale story because it’s marrying a prince. I really like that. I love this book. I love everything in this book. The storyline is so intriguing. There’s a lot of excitement. There’s a lot of saccharine moment that I don’t want to miss. I want to read it, again and again. Prince Maxon is a charmer! He’s my kryptonite. I wish my future husband is like him. He could be a gentleman, handsome and sweet. Geez, I’m getting mad again.  Read this to know what I mean.

MY OPINION

First off, I think of this book is an urban fantasy which have a magical characters, magical creatures, blah,blah of whatsoever. Haha! I'm just curious about the cover, you knew I fond judging a book by it's cover. Yeah, I'm a worst reader ever. So who cares?
By the way, I bought this ebook and read it on my phone but I need to convert it in .jar files. So, let's fast forward. I write this review to outburst my emotions so you could feel it too. Oh, sympathize me, please. Lol!
Sage is a 15 years old orphan boy. A thief and a teribble lair. Connor, a patriot regent who bought him but I hate him so much. I gonna kick his ass. Then, there's a two boys: Roden and Tobias. Sage's competitors. I don't love them, I want to take their heads off. Just kidding. Now, I'm talking nonsense here.
It is the first book of ascendance trilogy. Yes! The False Prince is abosulotely intense novel that I ever read in the history of my life. I extremely enjoyed this story. The characters is very real and each of them has personality and motivation. I admire Sage for being arrogant and stubborn. He's good on pickpocketing, I want to learn it too. Just kidding again.
Somehow, the story is a little bit predictable. Then, I was relieved when I fall to revelation moment. Ah, I smirked so wide as a nile river. Yes, my prediction is true. Well, this is the end. I have no words to tell. I recommend this book to all 15 years old and above. I'm looking forward for the book two. That's all.

MY OPINION

Sage is now King Jaron of Carthya. Oh see? That's incredible. He's been hiding for almost four years. He's been bought by Cannor to be candidate as a royal decoy (false prince) and reveal himself as a lost prince. As a young king is not easy. The civil war is coming. There's a threat in his life. He is desperately need to flee to keep the crown. Aw,that's dreadful. Now, he was 'Sage' again.

First think first, I'm not very good reviewer. Reminder, I'm not proffessional b'coz It is not my proffession. Haha! I just sharing my terrible thoughts on what I'm reading. That's all! No violent reaction. Understand?

Let's proceed to our discussion. This is another story of headstrong boy. Tss. A compelling book. A beautiful crafted book. A book as one of my favorite. A book I was dying to have as a hardcopy because I only have an ebook and nothing more.

I can't predict the way Sage doing in this story. It makes me turn and turn the pages and don't stop reading until my eyes' hurt. Okay, a relieve when I caught his real motivation.

I like Sage, no I love him. I'm totally inlove with him. This book is aweful because climbing on the cliff is not simple with broken leg. Gah! Spoiler.

What about the villian? I want to kill them all except for Roden because he lost his vanity at the end of the story. Then, Imogen confessed her feeling for Jaron, ow! That's hurt because we already know that he is bethrothed to Princess Amiranda. Fortunately, this story is not focusing on any romantic scenario. Not a problem. BUT I want to explode the nuclear bomb now!! I hate cliffhanger! Yessh! Cliffhanger is high! Super high!

I'm craving for more. Uh-oh, I'm really depressed now because wether I like it or not, i must wait for the third book. It will publish on march 2014. I recommend it to everyone.

MY OPINION

When I saw this book on the book sale for only 25 pesos. I bought it immediately, not because of the bargain price but for the title, cover and summary. It seems second hand but still in very good condition. I really like the story because of the words which isn't too deep. This story is a series which makes me a bit sad. I want to read the other installment of this story. I don’t know if there's an eBook of this. I bought this because it is about a young witch and I love witches. She's now my third favorite witch after Hermione Granger and Sabrina, the Teenage Witch.

Mildred struggles to conquer all the problems that keep coming on her life as a first year on Ms. Cackle academy for witches. She known as the worst witch for being a troublemaker and couldn't even ride a broomstick without crushing it. Despite of all circumstance she didn't mean to, she's tough and persistent to surpass the bad situations. She's like me who always had a mistake and sometimes I blame myself for being poor and weak. Anyway, upon reading this book.  I realize when achieving a great success you must encounter failure first like Isaac Newton and Walt Disney that once underestimate by stupid people but today they're respected and I salute them. Yeah, this book enhances me to become confident and don't ever be afraid to commit a mistake. Furthermore, I like Mildred for being funny,friendly and heroine by saving their academy. Jill Murphy's the worst witch is an enjoyable children's book that gives me beautiful lessons. It a wonderful hilarious story for everyone who love witches and hates school. I recommend this book for children and to those who have developed reading stamina.

MY OPINION

Did you like the book? Yes, definitely. I like it because it is a young adult and urban fantasy. It gives me a lesson like trusting others. Nowadays, everyone is not true to be your friend. They used you and sometimes resented you for being a glorious one. Katsa is genuine, one of a kind, and lucky to have a power (grace) but not so happy. She treated like a deadly monster by people of seven kingdoms for having a killing grace and making her as a pet of the king. She hates her life but she didn’t know how to escape from that. No girls befriended her. Her cousin is her only best friend. How sorrowful her life is. But it change when she meet Prince Po because Po help him to realize that she’s not a puppet and she learn what really a friend is. My favorite character is Prince Po (not only for being charming and having a sensing grace). He helps Katsa to surpass her circumstances and he is a true friend of her although he once lied to her. He is deeply in love with Katsa. Now I’m speechless, I don’t know what more to tell. Kristin Cashore is magnificent. She’s one of my favorite authors now. I’m truly in love with her master piece although discovering or having a power is common in the young adult fiction but Kristin is genius. Her story is unique even though it’s predictable and not focusing more in romance. I admit I shriek and blushing when I read those parts of short romances. I recommend this book to those who love reading urban fantasy and y.a. fiction. It does truly satisfy you.

Ang 2nd installment ng house of windjammer. Ang librong nakita ko sa bookstore. Bargain-bargain lang. Nagka interest ako kaya binili ko at kaagad na binasa. Historical fiction siya kaya nagustuhan ko. Sayang book 2 na. Hinanap ko ang book 1 at 3 kaso wala. Kahit pdf or jar file wala. Nakakainis. Kulang.

Fast forward sa story, sa prologue pa lang. Gyera na, sa Point of view ni Adam Windjammer iyon. Nagvo-voyage siya dahil hahanapin niya ang barkong lumubog ng tito niya para ibalik ang family honor niya na sinira ng tatay ni Jade Vanhelsing na ka-love interest niya. Daming isyu ang story na ito,love,money at honor. Kawawa si Jade dito kasi di gusto ng ama niya na nagkaanak ng babae. Alam mo naman,ispesyal ang lalaki sa panahon ni Jade. 18 century iyon. Naka-set sa Netherlands. Kaya iyon,naglayas si Jade para patunayang di siya worthless.may nakilala siyang taga-kalye. Basta may isyu silang rini-solve para sa ama niya. May kinalaman iyon sa barkong sinakyan ni Adam. Bata pa sila ha,mga 16 to 18. Traidor talaga yang tatay ni Jade kasi di tinitigil ang pagsira sa buhay ni Adam. Samantala si Adam,matinding kagulhan ang inabot. Mga kasama niya,treacherous. Yay! Matapos iyon,nakabalik siya sa netherlands. Pero namiligro naman si Jade. Nagkita nga sila pero pinakita niyang galit siya kay Jade. Err! Heartbreak ako.  pero di ako naniniwalang di na niya mahal si Jade,niligtas niya kasi ito. Iyon,pinakasal si jade sa matanda. Buti di natuloy,pinatay kasi tatay niya. Ngayon matapang na siya.

Ang story na to, naiintriga ako. Grabe. Na iimagine ko talaga mga away sa barko na gaya na lang sa pirates of carribean. Natatakot nga ko eh baka mapatay si Adam. hmm..the story is good. mr. v.a. Richardson is great. Sinasampal niya sa akin ang scene noong unang panahon kaya gising na gising ako sa pagbasa non. Haha!

My rating is four of five. May kulang doon sa ini-expect ko. Walang kissing scene. Haha!
